01 – Pad Selection & Mounting
• Select the correct pad size for your polisher and task
• Align pad with the center of the backing plate
• Press firmly by hand to ensure full and secure attachment
• Confirm pad is evenly seated before starting work

02 – Finishing / Compounding Process
• Apply a small amount of compound or polishing product to the pad or paint surface
• Start at low speed and gradually increase as needed
• Use very light pressure and keep the pad perfectly level
• Designed as an ultra-fine finishing pad — ideal for final refinement stages
• Focus on removing haze, micro-marring, and final polishing residue

03 – During Use Maintenance (IMPORTANT)
• Regularly check pad saturation during polishing (After each panel is recommended)
• If product buildup occurs, clean excess residue with a pad cleaning brush, compressed air, pad cleaner (bucket washer) or a damp microfiber towel.
• Avoid overloading the pad with compound
• A clean working surface ensures a clearer, streak-free finish
• Replace or clean pad if performance begins to drop during use

04 – Post-Use Cleaning
• Remove excess residue immediately after use
• Wash using lukewarm water (30–40°C) with a neutral detergent
• Do NOT use fabric softener, bleach, or chlorine-based cleaners
• Rinse thoroughly until all detergent is fully removed
• Ensure no chemical residue remains in fibers

05 – Drying & Storage
• Air dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated area
• Avoid machine drying or direct sunlight exposure
• Ensure pad is completely dry before storage
• Store clean and flat to maintain structure and softness

💡 Important Note
Unlike wool pads, microfiber pads do NOT use the dry cleaning (air gun/brush) method during use. Proper washing after use is essential to maintain fiber performance and finishing quality.

Q1: What is the difference between the Finishing Pad and the Signature Black Pad?
The Finishing Pad is soft and easy to manage heat, making it suitable for final cutting or polishing stages. It is beginner-friendly. The Signature Black Pad is ideal for ultra-fine finishing after using a sponge or wool pad. Beginners should use it carefully unless they can control the amount of pressure applied.

Q4: Can the Signature Black Pad be reused?
