Pristine Select Returns, Refunds
& Shipping Policy

At Pristine Select, we take pride in offering high-quality detailing products and tools. While all sales are final, we want our customers to be completely satisfied. Below is our policy regarding returns, replacements, refunds, and shipping responsibilities.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

We understand that sometimes items can arrive damaged or incorrect. If this happens:

  • Replacement: We will send a replacement for any item damaged during shipping or if the wrong product was sent.

  • How to Request: Email us at returnpal7@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the item(s).

  • Backorder Refund: If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Important: Once a package is marked as delivered, Pristine Select is not responsible for theft or lost items. Any claims for stolen goods must be submitted directly with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, chemical products cannot be returned. Physical items (such as towels, pads, and other accessories) may only be returned for manufacturer defects and require approval from our customer support team.

Return Requirements:

  • Must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless a prepaid label is provided by us. Shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

To request a return, email returnpal7@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the item and the issue

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made before 2:00 PM PST on the day the order is placed.

  • Weekend orders must be requested for cancellation by 2:00 PM PST the following Monday.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after the cutoff time.

Tools & Manufacturer Warranty

  • No returns on opened or used tools.

  • 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty: Covers defects or failures due to manufacturing issues. Normal wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance is not covered.

Warranty Claims: Email contactpal7@gmail.com with:

  • Original order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Usage and maintenance details

  • Photos of the problem

Approved warranty claims will include a prepaid shipping label to return the tool. Repairs or replacements may take 2–4 weeks.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order is with the carrier, the responsibility for delivery transfers to them.

Carrier Delivery Issues:

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Lost packages or delays

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Provide the correct shipping address at checkout

  • Track shipments using the carrier tracking information

  • Contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes

Support: While we cannot be held liable for carrier errors, we are happy to assist you with tracking details and filing claims.
